Your data is precious. Be it important emails & documents, your family photos or music, when your computer or drive fails and you have no alternative backup, it can be nightmare.

First thing is first. Don’t panic. The best thing you can do is to stay calm and not do anything too drastic like format your drive or run any system recovery as this may wipe your data and reduce the chance of any future recovery.

Bring your Laptop / Desktop machine or External Drive / flash drive to us for a free evaluation.

If it’s a laptop and you’ve spilt liquid on it, best thing to do is to turn it off immediately, wipe any excess visible liquid off with a tissue or paper towel, then turn it over and take out the battery. Then bring it to us as soon as possible.

For faulty external hard drives or dropped laptops, best bring it to us as soon as possible.

We use a combination of hardware and software techniques to get data off damaged drives and computers.
£50 There will be an additional charge if more than 10Gb of files require to be backed up
